Ug... I think I expanded three pants sizes. There was cream, and bacon, and half & half, and some really yummy stuff. It turned into some smokey flavored, succulantly sinful, outrageously delicous pasta. Sigh. I have to make it again this weekend because I'm getting back on plan come Monday morning!
